Biokleen

BioKleen

At Biokleen, we’ve built our legacy on highly effective cleaning products that don’t use—and don’t need—toxic chemicals. Initially founded to make plant-based, non-caustic cleaners for professional services and janitors, we bring those same powerful formulas to families and homes across America today. As part of that commitment, all Biokleen products are free of phosphates, chlorine, ammonia, petroleum solvents, alcohol, butyl, glycol ether, brighteners, artificial colors, artificial fragrance. We believe that a house free of toxins is a home full of love.

Since our founding in 1989, Biokleen has remained family owned and operated, now in its second generation. While other brands have been purchased by, and absorbed into, larger conglomerates, we are committed to putting families—not profits—first.

We love animals. That’s why we have never tested a single product on them or used their biochemistry in our formulations. In fact, we design all Biokleen products with our—and your—pets in mind, for they are just as sensitive to toxins, synthetic dyes and artificial fragrances as we are.

All Biokleen products are packaged in numbers 1 (polyethylene terephthalate) and 2 (high-density polyethylene) plastics, since they are the most commonly accepted by curbside programs and have a low risk of product leaching.

All Biokleen products are free of phosphates, chlorine, ammonia, petroleum solvents, alcohol, butyl, glycol ether, brighteners, artificial colors, artificial fragrance. We believe that a house free of toxins is a home full of love.

We're committed to creating nothing but the most innovative gear—and keeping it affordable. Our design studio is always in motion, tackling one parenting challenge after another. And don't forget our commitment to quality and safety. Call us if you have any questions. We want you to be thrilled with our products! Plus, we like hearing from you.

Dr Bonners

Dr. Bronners Soap

Dr. Bronner’s is synonymous with Old World quality and time-honored simplicity, which can be traced back to the family’s German-Jewish soapmaking tradition. Born in 1908 to a Jewish family that had been making soap since 1858, Emanuel Bronner was the third generation certified as a master soapmaker under the guild system of the time. In 1929, he brought his formulas for high-quality liquid and bar soaps to America, starting Dr. Bronner’s in its current form in 1948.

Our soaps, renowned for their quality, versatility and eco-friendliness, enjoyed a small but loyal following in the early years. In the late 1960s, however, soap sales started to explode, due to the unsurpassed ecological quality combined with Emanuel Bronner’s urgent message to realize our transcendent unity across religious and ethnic divides. Word-of-mouth soon made Dr. Bronner’s the iconic soap of that era, and in the decades that followed the soaps spread into every health food store in the U.S. and then into the mainstream as well – winning over fans from all walks of life on the way to becoming the number-one-selling brand of natural soaps in North America.

The 4th and 5th generations of the Bronner family who run the company today continue to make our unsurpassed soaps with care and integrity. 2008 marked both the 60th anniversary of Dr. Bronner’s in America and the 150th anniversary of our family’s first soapmaking activity in southern Germany.

Today, Dr. Bronner’s continues its mission and commitment to building an engine for promoting and advancing positive social change. From pioneering USDA certified organic personal care products, to creating Fair Trade projects across the world that ensure fair and just treatment of farmers and workers, to creating a socially responsible workplace here in the U.S., we strive to honor our heritage with progressive business practices, while devoting profits to worthwhile causes and charities worldwide.

Eco Nuts

Eco Nuts

These odd looking “nuts” are actually dried berries from a tree that grows in the Himalayas. When agitated in water, they produce a naturally occuring surfactant called saponin, which gently cleanses laundry – an option for those sensitive to conventional laundry detergents.

Simply place 4-5 Eco Nuts in the provided cloth bag and toss in the washer with your clothes – they suds up naturally and act as a natural fabric softener in the rinse cycle. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean and super soft. Berries can be re-used up to 10 times making them a super-affordable option.

Use as a 2-in-one detergent and softener, or use with your existing detergent just as a fabric softener.

Multiple Award winning and certified USDA Organic by Oregon Tilth. As Seen on Shark Tank.

We guarantee our loads! As with any natural product there can be some variations. If you ever feel you are not getting your loads, please contact us!

Onyx Stainless Steel

Onyx

Onyx Containers was conceived shortly after our daughter was born. Like most new parents we became a lot more aware of the health compromises we deal with when we cook, store and eat our food. We've known plastic and food is an unhealthy combination for as long as you have. Glass seemed to be our best alternative (even though the lids are plastic) but then they started breaking. Apparently this wasn't just 'our thing' but actually happens to almost everyone who drops glass from a height. We soon realized that glass shards and barefoot babies are like, well, plastic and food. We wanted alternatives to plastic. While searching for non-plastic bottles, cups, plates, snack containers etc. we discovered that anything of any quality is hard to find and over priced.

We believe that everyone should be able to buy safe and environmentally responsible products without breaking the bank. We spent a great deal of time researching plastic alternatives and found that the few choices out there are either low quality or hugely marked up. The products that we carry are of the highest quality, manufactured in responsible conditions and are very fairly priced.

We use all of the products that we sell ourselves. We have found that high quality food grade stainless steel is the best option for fluid bottles, sealable containers, cups, bowls etc. for it's durability, food safety and versatility ie. freezer to stove/oven.

Wean Green's eco-chic line of tempered glass food containers provides customers with colorful, environmentally conscious meals everywhere. The containers were all designed with style, convenience and travel ease in mind.
